I. Franchises
This season there are 10 teams. All coaches are expected to be active in signing and maintaining an active team. Failure to do so or abandoning your team can result in suspension up to one whole season.
-All teams will start off with a capspace of 150M.
-Teams may trade for cap space but will not be granted any more cap unless certain achievements are achieved.
-For every game you win, your franchise will earn 5M in capspace.
-All teams must have at least one assistant coach.
-All players are worth 5M. All assistant coaches are worth 15M. Stars will be dealt by Pund.
-All contracts must be in this format:
The [name of team] offers [name of player]
II. In-Game Regulation
1. Roster max is 17 players EXACT, not including the coach nor co-coach.
2. You CAN backspace to dunk.
3. They have 10 seconds to cross the Half Court line unless it will lead to a 10-second violation and the other team HC IB's.
4. If you backspace the ball and airball it is a travel.
5. You can shoot freethrows with any power.
6. A technical foul will be called if any player on the court is disrespectful to the referee or any high rank in FCBL. [ 1FT + HC IB ]
7. 3v3 minimum, 5v5 maximum.
8. If you acquire your 5th foul in a game, you will be fouled out of the game.
9. If a team is down by 20 or more points, they may do a FB3.
10. You may in-bound press on OOB. ( OOB - Out of Bounds )
11. If a coach uses :M, :Name, :TP or anything that can ruin/interrupt the game will lead to a tech. [ 1FT + HC IB ]
12. If a team self in bounds, the other team may half-court in bound. [SELF]
13. Press is allowed ANYWHERE during 4th quarter when there is one minute and thirty seconds remaining.
14. If you reselect the ball more than once it will result in a tech.
15. Intentional fouls are allowed meaning when you are soon to cross the HC line and force the other player to press by walking into them, that is an intentional foul.
16. 1st press of the quarter will lead to an HC ib. For the next presses of the half, they will receive a free throw and HC IB. Presses reset every half. If a team has 4 or more team fouls, the other team will be in the bonus, leading to 2 free throws and HC IB.
17. A FB3 is when there is no defender in front of you. It does not matter if you shot from the corner, if there was no defender in front of you then it is considered a FB3.
18. Officials/Refs must warn the player before giving them a tech.
19. If "subs" are called, they have 10 seconds to get their players on the court, the players should already be on the X.
20. If there are at least 4 players there and active, 5v5 is enforced. ( Unless you have a reason such as a player on iPhone. )
21. Two techs lead to an ejection. 2 ejections lead to a suspension.
22. 6 Timeouts for the whole game, TIMEOUTS DONT RESET.
23. Line is OOB.
24. Both teams must be in the locker room in halftime, if a team comes out of the lockers the team will receive a tech.
25. Once you have made a shot, simply backspace the ball. Do not throw it as it will result in a tech WITHOUT WARNING.
26. Bench MUST be sitting if they're not subbed in. Otherwise, a tech will be given.
27. You have 7 minutes to get at least 3 players for a game to start. Otherwise, your team forfeits and takes an L.
28. 'EBL Hop' is not allowed and will be known as a travel.
29. Max power is 85, unless it's a buzzer. SCV IS NOT A BUZZER!
30. After a shot deep from the 3 pt line, let the referee check the power or the shot will automatically count.
31. Jerseys are enforced, click the scoreboard for a jersey. If you don't have a jersey you can't play.
32. Packages aren't allowed, they must be tooken off or you cannot play.
33. Only the coach or assistant coach can call a timeout. They must use ":H t/o". No player who is not a coach will be allowed to call subs or t/o.
34. There must be at least 2 refs at each game after pre-season. An intern cannot ref unless an officiating crew member or higher is with them.
